Which couriers do you use?

We offer a choice of two delivery companies:Free shipping with Evri over the price of £35.00, and we offer delivery with Royal Mail for an additional charge of £3.50 per delivery.

I would like to make a complaint about a delivery.

We are sorry to hear this. If you have a complaint about the products you have received, we want to know. We take all complaints seriously and appreciate your feedback, we will always do our utmost to resolve an issue.

The courier has tried to deliver but I have missed this. What do I do?

Do not worry if you have missed a delivery attempt. The courier will attempt to redeliver the order within the following 24 hours and if this is within a seven day period from dispatch, the shots will still be fine for consumption.

My order has gone to the wrong address. What do I do?

Does my order need a signature?

Your order does not require a signature at the time of delivery. It is at the courier’s discretion to put your package in a safe place should you not be present at the time of delivery.

My order has been delayed. What can I do?

If your order has been delayed for more than 48 hours from dispatch, please contact us.The shots are packed in chilled boxing, as long as they are delivered within 7 days, they will be in perfect condition. We always recommend refrigerating the shots

My order says delivered but I do not have it. What should I do?
