My order says delivered but I do not have it. What should I do?Updated a month ago

  • Check with neighbours or household members who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf.

  • Review your tracking link — many couriers provide a photo of the delivery location to help you locate your parcel.

  • Look for a delivery card — your courier may have left a note with further instructions or attempted delivery details.

On rare occasions, parcels may be scanned as delivered in error or slightly ahead of time.
