The courier has tried to deliver but I have missed this. What do I do?Updated a month ago

If you’ve missed your delivery, don’t worry — the courier will usually attempt to redeliver your order within the next 24 hours, and if unsuccessful, they will make one further delivery attempt after that.

If the redelivery takes place within 7 days from the original dispatch date, your shots will still be safe for consumption. Our shots can remain ambient (unrefrigerated) for up to 7 days, and as long as they are placed in the fridge before the end of that period, they’ll remain in perfect condition.

If no one is available to receive the order after the third delivery attempt, the courier may return the package to us. Please note that we are unfortunately unable to take responsibility for missed deliveries beyond this point, so we kindly ask you to ensure someone is available to accept your order during this period.

If it has been 7 days and you have not received your order please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
