My order has been delivered to the wrong address. What do I do?Updated 10 hours ago

First, we kindly recommend checking whether it’s possible for you to collect the order from the address it was delivered to. If that’s not possible, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can review your case and advise on the next steps.

At checkout, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details — including the delivery address — are entered correctly. If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address for you.

Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address. In these cases, the courier will attempt delivery to the address originally provided, and we cannot guarantee recovery or redelivery of the package.
