We understand that mistakes happen, and we're here to help where possible. Please review the information below carefully if you’ve noticed an error in your delivery address after placing an order.
✏️ Updating Your Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details — including the delivery address — are correct at the time of checkout. However, if you’ve placed an order and realise the address is incorrect, please contact our customer Service team immediately.
Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed.
You can request changes up until 6:00 AM the day after your order is processed.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we will do our best to amend the address.
🚚 If Your Order Has Already Been Dispatched
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. In this case:
The courier will attempt to deliver the parcel to the address originally provided and will be the customers responsibility to retrieve.
We cannot guarantee redelivery or recovery of the package if the address is incorrect.
