I have placed an order, but I want to change the items?Updated a month ago

We understand that you may change your mind about the items you've ordered. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate changes, please be aware that our products are freshly made to order and processed quickly to ensure quality and freshness.

🕒 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed.
  • You can request changes to your order until 6:00 AM the day after it’s been processed.

If your order is still within this time frame, we recommend contacting our Customer Service team as soon as possible.

🚚 If Your Order Has Already Been Dispatched

Once your order has been packed or dispatched, we are unable to amend the items in your order due to the perishable nature of our products. This is to ensure product safety, freshness, and hygiene.

To request a change to your order, please:

Include the following:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The changes you'd like to make

Our team aims to respond within 24 business hours and will do their best to accommodate your request, depending on the status of your order.

  • Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been packed.

  • We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for incorrect items after dispatch due to the perishable nature of the shots.
