How do I track an order?Updated a month ago

Once you’ve placed an order with The Turmeric Co., tracking your delivery is quick and easy!

After placing your order, you will receive two key emails:

  1. Order Confirmation Email – Sent immediately after your purchase.

  2. Dispatch Confirmation Email – Sent once your order has been packed and handed to our courier.

Your Dispatch Confirmation Email will include a tracking link provided by our delivery partner (typically Evri), allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.

🚚 How to Track Your Order:

  1. Open Your Dispatch Confirmation Email - Look for the subject line “Your Order is on the Way” in your inbox.
  2. Click the Tracking Link - This link will take you directly to the courier’s website where you can view the most up-to-date status of your parcel.
  3. View Delivery Progress - You’ll be able to see estimated delivery time, current parcel location, and any updates (e.g., delays or safe place deliveries).

📦 If You Miss the Delivery

If you're not home, the courier will either:

  • Leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour (Evri service dependent).

  • Leave a calling card or update the tracking link with further instructions on how to rearrange delivery.
