I have set up a subscription unintentionally and do not want this. I just want one order.Updated a month ago

If you’ve accidentally set up a subscription but only intended to make a one-time purchase, don’t worry — we’re here to help you manage this quickly and easily.

  1. Log In to Your Account
    Visit https://theturmeric.co/account/login and enter your email and password to sign in.

  2. Go to the Subscriptions Tab
    Once logged in, click on the Subscriptions tab to view your active subscriptions.

  3. Manage Your Subscription
    Click on Manage this subscription for the subscription you want to cancel.

  4. Cancel the Subscription
    Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Cancel Subscription.
    Select a reason for cancellation and confirm.

  5. Keep Your One-Time Order
    Cancelling your subscription will stop all future recurring orders, but your current order will still be processed and delivered as normal.

Important Notes:

  • You are in full control of your subscriptions and can cancel anytime through your account.

  • If you want to place a one-time purchase instead, simply browse the site and add your desired product(s) to the cart without selecting the “Subscribe & Save” option.
