I cancelled my subscription. How do I reactivate this?Updated a month ago
We’re glad to see you back! If you've previously cancelled your subscription and would like to reactivate it, follow the simple steps below:
Visit the Login Page
Go to https://theturmeric.co/account/loginLog In to Your Account
Enter your email address and password, then click Sign In to access your account dashboard.Go to the Subscriptions Tab
Once logged in, click on the Subscriptions tab in your account menu.Reactivate Your Subscription
Locate the cancelled subscription you'd like to restart and click the Reactivate Subscription button.
Once reactivated, your subscription will resume based on your previous settings. You can always manage the delivery frequency, update payment methods, or make product changes from your account dashboard.
