I cancelled my subscription, but I have still received an order, why?Updated a month ago

We understand how frustrating it can be to receive an order after you've cancelled your subscription. Here’s a breakdown of why this might happen and what steps you can take next.

When you cancel your subscription, it immediately stops all future scheduled orders. However, any orders that were already processed prior to the cancellation will still be dispatched and delivered as normal.

Please Note: Subscription orders are processed automatically—often 24–48 hours before dispatch. If your cancellation occurred after an order was already packed or dispatched we are unable to cancel the order.

🔍 Check for Other Accounts or Subscriptions

If you’ve received a delivery unexpectedly, please also check the following:

  • Do you have more than one account? You may have set up a subscription using a different email address.

  • Has someone else in your household ordered? A family member might have placed an order on your behalf.

  • Did you sign up for multiple subscriptions? You might have more than one active subscription in your account.

To verify, log in to your account at https://theturmeric.co/account/login and check the Subscriptions tab for any active or recently cancelled subscriptions.

  1. Check Your Order Confirmation Email
    Review the email to confirm the subscription it came from.

  2. Log Into Your Account
    Check for any active subscriptions.
