How To Manage Your Subscription OnlineUpdated a month ago

Managing your subscription is quick and simple. Follow the steps below to update your delivery schedule, change your products, edit your details, and more.

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

  1. Visit the login page: https://theturmeric.co/account/login

  2. Enter your email address and password

  3. Click “Sign In” to access your account dashboard

Step 2: Navigate to Your Subscription Settings

Once logged in click on the Subscriptions section within your account dashboard

Here, you’ll find a detailed overview of your active subscription, including product details, quantities, and costs.

Step 3: Manage Your Upcoming Order

Next Order Overview

  • View the product(s) and quantity included in your next shipment

  • Check the total cost of the upcoming order

Step 4: Modify Your Subscription

Send Now: Click “Send Now” to immediately process a new order if you’ve run out or need an extra supply

Reschedule a Delivery: Delay your order by 1 week, 2 weeks o r select a specific future date

Skip a Shipment: If you have enough stock, choose to skip your next delivery with just one click

Step 5: Make Changes to Your Subscription Details

Edit Address

  • Click Edit Address to update your shipping address

  • Be sure to click Save after making any changes

Manage This Subscription

From this section, you can:

  • Change product quantity

  • Reschedule or skip deliveries

  • Swap your product: Easily switch to a different item from our range

  • Cancel your subscription: Click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page

Update Payment Method

  1. Click Edit Payment Method

  2. Select Add Payment Method

  3. Enter your new card details and click Save to confirm.

Step 6: Add Additional Products

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page to browse our full product range

  • Select and add new products directly to your subscription order

All changes made will take effect immediately. Be sure to click Save where prompted to confirm your updates.
