How do I cancel my subscription?Updated a month ago

We understand that your needs may change, and we’ve made it easy to manage your subscription. If you’d like to cancel your subscription, simply follow the steps below.

1. Visit the Login Page
   Go to https://theturmeric.co/account/login

2. Log In to Your Account
   Enter your email address and password, then click Sign In.

3. Go to the Subscriptions Tab
   Once logged in, select the Subscriptions tab from your account dashboard.

4. Manage Your Subscription
   Click on Manage this subscription for the product you'd like to cancel.

5. Cancel Your Subscription
   Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Subscription.

6. Confirm Cancellation
   Select a reason for cancellation, then click Next to confirm.

📌 Please Note:

• Cancelling a subscription will stop future deliveries but will not affect any orders already processed or dispatched.

• You can reactivate your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
