I have redeemed my rewards for a code which doesn’t work at checkout.Updated a month ago

When redeeming your tokens, you have two options:

  • Redeem for One-Time Purchase:
    This option generates a discount code which you can enter manually at checkout when placing a one-time order. Make sure to apply the code correctly in the discount/promo code field.

  • Redeem for Subscription Orders:
    If you choose to redeem rewards for an active subscription, the discount will be automatically applied to your upcoming subscription payment. No manual code entry is required at checkout in this case.

Common Reasons a Rewards Code May Not Work

  • Redeemed for Subscription, Not One-Time Use:
    If you redeemed rewards for an existing subscription, you will not receive a code to enter at checkout — the discount applies automatically to your subscription payments.
  • Expired or Used Code:
    Ensure the code is still valid and has not been previously used. Codes typically have an expiry date.

  • Incorrect Code Entry:
    Double-check for typos, extra spaces, or case sensitivity when entering the code.

  • Minimum Spend or Order Restrictions:
    Some codes require a minimum order value or are restricted to certain products.

What to Do If Your Code Doesn’t Work

  1. Verify whether your redemption was for a subscription or one-time purchase.

  2. Confirm that you are entering the correct code in the appropriate place during checkout.

  3. Check the expiry date and terms of the code.
