  • 1 shot per day, ideally taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
    This helps your body absorb the nutrients effectively and start the day with a natural boost.

💪 Targeted Support (e.g. aches, inflammation, or recovery):

If you're experiencing ongoing discomfort, such as chronic aches or joint pain, or if you're recovering from illness and need an immunity boost, you may benefit from:

  • Up to 2 shots per day, spaced throughout the day (e.g. one in the morning and one in the afternoon).
